We can make this spiral piercing in 14k gold filled (yellow or rose) and sterling silver. The size on the model is 7mm (inner diameter)..To put the piering hoop in, gently pull it apart, twist in the piercing and squeeze back together..When choosing side - the extra hoop is going to be on the outer side, away from your face, as shown on the model in the pictures. The inner hoop that's closer to her face goes through her piercing.
